High intensity supports require the right worker capability, participant-specific documentation, clear risk information, and agreement about how support will be delivered.

Safe service fit matters

High intensity supports are available where participant needs, staffing, documentation, and safe service fit are confirmed. AmizaCare may request plans, health documentation, training requirements or risk information before accepting a referral.
